OK I'll add a bit more. That's a bit of back/sidestory on the setting. Namely, the privatization of planetary colonization. Not really directly related to the novel, but Engle may make an appearance or two.

Engle really comes off as almost a coldhearted killer. If Engle is the captain, then I'm not really seeing the honorable side of him. If he isn't the captain, is he a member of the smuggling team?
